What is your return policy for glass and accessories?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While we pack our glass with extreme care, accidents happen. Please email us a photo of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
